Processing of Orders: Most orders are processed within 5 business days, with the exception of personalized items. However, delivery can take anywhere from 5-22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Processing time on personalized orders plus shipping time will determine your delivery date. If an item will take longer than 5 business days to process, it will be stated under the product description. If your order is less than one lb., please allow 5-8 days for UPSMI.
Our business days are Monday-Friday (MST), excluding Federal holidays. If an order is placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time, it will be considered placed the next business day. For orders placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time Friday or on the weekend, it will be considered placed on the following Monday. We recommend choosing “Express” shipping for “Rush” orders. If you do want express shipping, please send an email to info@sosweetweddings.com for added shipping costs.
Shipping Options: We ship most of our products UPS ground service. We also offer 3 day select, 2 day air, and next day air. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a valid street address. Some of our vendors will ship FedEx or USPS. Your shipping charge is calculated by the weight of the product(s), the shipping destination, and the type of UPS delivery service that you choose. Upgrading your delivery service increases the price. Note: When using a shipping service other than ground service, the normal processing time still applies. Because we use various vendors, some items may be shipped separately. However, you will only receive one shipping charge at check-out.
Some of our vendors will ship to Canada and Internationally. Shipping time and prices will vary according to the location.
Rush Orders: Some of our vendors will accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. We do our best to accommodate your requests, but rush shipping may not be available during heavy traffic periods.
Shipping to Canada: One of our vendors, Kate Aspen ships to Canada and offers a bulk shipping option to reduce taxes and duties. Choose the “Prepaid Customs-$20.95” option as your shipping method and your customs and duties are prepaid. Please note that these orders may be slightly delayed due to consolidation purposes. Please send an email to info@sosweetweddings.com to add this option. Note, the "Prepaid Customs-$20.95" only covers your customs and duties charges, actual shipping charges are additional.
Candles: Due to high temperatures experienced between May1 – Sept 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.
Return Policy: You can return most anything within 30 days – for any reason. Please note this excludes personalized items, personal care items, and edible items.
Return Shipping: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost returned packages. Nonrefundable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend that you use a shipper that uses a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Heat Safe Shipping: Heat safe shipping is currently required in all states. We cannot ship chocolates outside of the U.S. during our summer months.
Chocolates are shipped only via next day air or second-day air
Heat safe shipping boxes and ice packs are used to keep your chocolates cool
We do not ship chocolates on Friday to avoid having the package sit on a truck over the weekend.
If it is very hot, please contact us to make special arrangements for receiving your order.
To protect your chocolates after they are shipped:
You will receive a UPS notification via e-mail regarding your expected delivery date
This date may be different than the date on your invoice because we want to avoid having chocolates sitting on the truck over the weekend.
Someone should be at your shipping address to meet the UPS driver. You will need to sign for your chocolates.
We will not be responsible for any chocolates that are unable to be delivered on the first attempt.
As soon as you take posession of your chocolates, immediately place them in a cool, dry place.
We recommend storing your chocolates in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated.
We use heat-safe shipping boxes and materials to keep our chocolate at the optimal quality. Following the guidelines above will help you keep your chocolates at highest quality during warmer days.
If, by some unlikely event, your chocolates have been signed for as delivered and still have melted in transit, please contact us for a replacement.
